Constant jackhammer noise throughout the day!!! Inconsistent hot water supply and complicated toilet arrangement could use a rethink!!!

Fancy room with balcony, great service. Variety of reasonably priced food. Marvellous location with free parking for guests.

Pushy staff!

It was just a fine choice for a break on a long journey in Zipolite with good value considering the price charged. The beachfront is fine with plenty of places to relax and enjoy. Bring some insect repellent for comfort at night.

Boutique hotel in a central area of Zipolite. Very friendly and attentive staff throughout our stay. The rooms cool and excellent with fans, private patio and balcony. Good food for dinner and breakfast.

Beach Bliss with a Few Bumps

The location is fantastic, just steps from the beach, and the staff is warm and cute. The food was decent, but not the best value. Sadly, the noisy atmosphere made it tricky to relax fully.

great beach access with nearby landmarks and eateries

I loved being just a short walk from the fine Punta Cometa Lookout Point and the relaxed vibe of the beach, as well as enjoying tasty meals at nearby restaurants like Orale Cafe, less than a 5-minute walk away.

The room we stayed in had a fine sea view that really made our mornings special. The kids loved the close proximity to the beach, and the staff was friendly.

In my wife's opinion, the pool area could use more shaded spots for families.

The beachfront hotel offers a unique experience right on a clothing-optional beach. The ocean view apartment features a fine vista, a private deck, and a fridge, setting it apart from standard rooms, which are basic yet cozy.

The Wi-Fi connection proved unreliable, forcing me to trek to communal areas for a signal-a hassle if you need to get something done. While I appreciated the rustic charm, my room lacked air conditioning, resulting in insects invading at night when I left the window open. The dining experience missed the mark-pricing felt inflated for the quality and several menu items were not available , leaving me unsatisfied.

The location is fabulous, right on the beach and away from the noisy part of Zipolite, but only a five-minute walk to the main street. The atmosphere is very relaxed, allowing nudity in most areas. Staff is great, and both breakfast and dinner were enjoyable with moderate prices.

Wifi connection was inconsistent.

I really liked this place, it's a small hotel with great service. the restaurant is cozy, the staff is super friendly, and the food is top-notch. I tried some delicious dishes there! 🍽️
